Job summary

As an Associate Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing efforts are cohesive, impactful, and aligned with our business goals. Your responsibilities will span a variety of marketing disciplines, including social media, SEO, PPC, content marketing, and more. The ideal candidate is a versatile marketer with expertise in product positioning and messaging, and a passion for creativity and data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to promote products and drive engagement, including social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and more.
  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop and refine product positioning and messaging to effectively communicate value propositions and differentiate our products in the market.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website copy. Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality assets.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across different channels. Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and leveraging analytics to enhance performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives and product launches.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of various marketing channels, including social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and social media management tools
  • Experience with Canva for creating marketing materials is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in the financial sector is highly preferred.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
